Who ARE Reading Speakers?

Reading Speakers are a group with one common aim - To help all of our members develop and improve their communication and leadership abilities.

We practice making speeches and presentations and we get feedback from other members to encourage us and help us develop. It’s a fun way to become more confident and overcome the nerves that many people feel when asked to speak in public.

Whether you have a special occasion speech on the horizon, you want to be better in business meetings, or you have aspirations to become a professional speaker, Reading Speakers Club is the right place to be.

Come along and meet us – guests are always welcome and it costs nothing to come along. There is no obligation to speak until you are ready to do so.

If you do decide to join, we are a non profit organisation so costs for our members are kept to a minimum.

To join costs £12 for which you get a monthly magazine and the first speaking projects manual. The semi-annual membership is a very modest £28 (or a mere £4.50 per month).
